Mexico is a country in southern North America and the third largest country in Latin America after Brazil and Argentina. Mexican society is characterized by extremes of wealth and poverty, with a middle class defined between an elite cadre of landowners and investors on the one hand, and the masses of the rural and urban poor on the other. But despite the challenges it faces as a developing country, Mexico remains one of Latin America's major economic and political powers. It has a dynamic industrial base, vast mineral resources, a wide-ranging service sector, and the world's largest population of Spanish speakers—two and a half times that of Spain or Colombia. As its official name suggests, the Estados Unidos Mexicanos (United Mexican States) unites 31 socially and physically diverse states and a federal district.

Students applying to Study in Mexico must submit an online entrance exam. This will be scheduled prior to the application deadline (students may be required to interview with a representative of the university)

After completing the entrance exam, students have to take the next step to get a student visa. Conversely, applicants from certain countries do not need to obtain a visa. Others must meet the requirements for a student visa in Mexico and obtain a student visa All students must have health insurance.

International students applying to Mexican universities must obtain their high school transcripts from the Mexican Embassy. Also, students should carry this document at the time of admission.

To enroll in a Mexican university, the student must personally attend the admissions office at the university with the following documents during enrollment:

passport, Two ID size photographs, and Notification of acceptance of applicant's admission and valid evidence of high school studies Additionally, to apply to a Mexican university, you must apply directly through the admissions department. Also, entry requirements vary from one institution to another, but you may be required to take an entrance exam and/or a language proficiency test depending on your situation.
