Durga Saptashti NGO in Delhi offers a wide range of self-defence classes for adults, children, and teens so they can learn to protect themselves against any threat, danger, abuse, or physical exploitation.
Learning self-defence helps our participants build confidence, increase alertness and stay ready for anything life throws their way. We believe in equipping our campers with not only physical defence techniques but, also psychological techniques that help them stand up for themselves and make them feel strong enough to face any situation.
We provide hands-on experience in self-defence camps in dwarka techniques to people from underprivileged backgrounds who may not have access to such resources (otherwise). We try our best to offer safe, fun, and inspiring learning environments where everyone can learn self-defence techniques with passion and courage- free of cost.
